We had our vacation rental on the market 200+ days. I don’t think our Realtor did any marketing and only had one open house. Also, she was horrible about returning calls and emails when we asked what was going, didn’t recommend anything about the price or what we should do. Our property near the River Mall fell out of escrow for the THIRD time. Every buyer backed out because of an issue with our foundation in the back of the house. Kurtis had his contractor look it over and said “no problem”. We were finally able to close out the sale of our house and they were very reasonable about the price. I strongly recommend talking to CVHB before listing, especially if you have an “issue”. I really though they were going to try and lowball us but it was very reasonable. Also no commission.
I am 82 years old and was not making it to the desert anymore it was too hard to make that trip from Vancouver anymore. Dioni showed up to my Cathedral City property on time, had a professional appearance, explained what they do and how it works, and I’m glad I trusted them to perform. Coachella Valley Home Buyers bought my property in Palm Desert. I was hoping for a little bit of a higher price but it was worth the sanity to be done with it. Our last house I sold 4 years ago was a nightmare and sat for too long on the market and I did not want to go through that again. Someone stole my paintings when it was being shown. I don’t like strangers having access to my house but that’s just me. Overall I’m glad I sold to investors they didn’t nitpick anything.
Kurtis was a real pro in helping me sell my house in Palm Springs. I had a lien that was supposed to be removed 10 years ago but apparently it wasn’t. Kurtis was able to track down the lien holder (how they did that I have no idea) and get it released. He really knows real estate, I don’t think an agent would have known what to do. I wholeheartedly endorse CVHB.
