What Others Say…
It’s important to us that the homeowners we work with have a great experience with us. In the end, we’re not happy if we’re not able to provide you with the solution you want. So, check out what others have said about us. Here’s just a few snippets of what other people we’ve worked with have said.

“…finally able to be rid of it.”
We tried to sell our property in El Cajon, CA twice, but we couldn’t because we didn’t have certain trust documents. Lori was able to work with the title company to figure it out and we were finally able to be rid of it. They were professional, prompt and returned calls…highly recommended.
“easiest transactions ever!”
Melanie, Lori, and Erica were all super friendly and did what they said. We sold our property and received funds in 10 days. It was one of the easiest transactions ever!
“They are the real deal…”
Our tenant stopped paying and stopped returning our texts. My wife and I were already contacting eviction attorneys when I received a postcard from CV Home Buyers and they said they could buy it without having to remove the tenant….I was very skeptical, but they drove the property and evaluated what they could from the outside, and we closed in less than a month. It saved us legal fees and a lot of headaches (I hate dealing with lawyers and courts). They are the real deal, thank you.
“I sold the property in 30 minutes.”
I inherited my dad’s house in Hemet when he passed away last year. I live in Oklahoma and work two jobs. I had appointments with Realtors and could only be in town for 3 days. One Realtor insisted that I fixed a few things then list it and I really didn’t have the time to deal with that, another Realtor didn’t even show up. Kurtis met me at the property and I sold the property in 30 minutes. They wired me the money and I didn’t have to deal with people going in my dad’s property and the pushy agents. I am grateful that I called Kurtis it made my life a lot easier.
“…we had flooding. “
Our condo in Rancho Mirage got soaked a year ago when we had flooding. We didn’t realize there was mold throughout the unit and we needed to sell it fast. CVHB did a quick inspection of the property and made me a cash offer and closed when they said they would. THANK YOU! I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs to sell and doesn’t want to mess around with “For Sale” signs, commissions, and showing the property to tire kickers.
“…on the market 200+ days.”
We had our vacation rental on the market 200+ days. I don’t think our Realtor did any marketing and only had one open house. Also, she was horrible about returning calls and emails when we asked what was going, didn’t recommend anything about the price or what we should do. Our listing had expired when my friend told me about Coachella Valley Home Buyers took care of the problem and bought the property.
“…extremely nice and caring…”
We were in foreclosure when I lost my consulting job. I tried to do a loan modification but the bank just gave us a big runaround and we almost ran out of time. A local Keller Williams told us that it would take at least 2 months to market it, find a buyer, and close escrow. She was nice as well but that solution did not work for us. Lori was extremely nice and caring, and made us an offer. We were able to avoid foreclosure and get money in our pocket to tie us over. I have since found another job but we would have most likely lost that property or had to file bankruptcy. We are very grateful we took a chance on Coachella Home Buyers and Dan still says “hello” sometimes!
“… closed in 3 weeks…”
We lived in the home we grew up in for 34 years. When both of our parents passed on our home was in disrepair and needed a lot of work. Dioni didn’t ask us to fix a single thing or even make us clear out my father’s old junk. We closed in 3 weeks and they even gave us extra time when we couldn’t get our new place yet. Their whole office was a pleasure to deal with. Thanks to Melanie and Erica as well.
“…recommend talking to CVHB…”
Our property near the River Mall fell out of escrow for the THIRD time. Every buyer backed out because of an issue with our foundation in the back of the house. Kurtis had his contractor look it over and said “no problem”. We were finally able to close out the sale of our house and they were very reasonable about the price. I strongly recommend talking to CVHB before listing, especially if you have an “issue”. I really though they were going to try and lowball us but it was very reasonable. Also no commission.
I am 82 years old and was not making it to the desert anymore it was too hard to make that trip from Vancouver anymore. I called some local Realtors, but they told me to put it on a lockbox so they could just come in any time to show it to strangers. I didn’t want to give full access to someone I didn’t know. I found Coachella Valley Home Buyers online and gave them a call. They only went in one time and overnighted me a sufficient offer. There were no commissions or fees of any kind, the price they offered is the amount we received. Well run organization and straight shooter, I recommend their services. Thank you.
