Coachella Valley Home Buyers bought my property in Palm Desert. I was hoping for a little bit of a higher price but it was worth the sanity to be done with it. Our last house I sold 4 years ago was a nightmare and sat for too long on the market and I did not want to go through that again. Someone stole my paintings when it was being shown. I don’t like strangers having access to my house but that’s just me. Overall I’m glad I sold to investors they didn’t nitpick anything.
Kurtis was a real pro in helping me sell my house in Palm Springs. I had a lien that was supposed to be removed 10 years ago but apparently it wasn’t. Kurtis was able to track down the lien holder (how they did that I have no idea) and get it released. He really knows real estate, I don’t think an agent would have known what to do.
